- All orders are shipped within 1-2 days business days. We strive for excellence and are proud of our 97% fulfillment rate on same day shipping on orders placed before 1 pm EST.
- Priority express shipping methods placed are GUARANTEED to ship same day if submitted before 1 pm EST. Please contact us to supply calculated rates.
- Any domestic order requiring expedited delivery beyond our free shipping service must contact us before placing order for real time pricing options. Additional expenses obtained from expedited shipping will be added to invoice.
- We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate the delivery time frame, please use the delivery window of Monday – Friday.
- If a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Back orders are shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge. - When adding your tracking number on a shipping carriers' website. We highly advise you signup either by email or text message to receive all shipment updates. This will allow you to receive immediate notification on any delays, customs holds, as well as when your package arrives.
