Return/Refund Policy


Due to the intimate nature of our products, merchandise may not be returned if opened from factory-sealed plastic wrap.

- For returns, please reach out to our Customer Service at Kindly include your order number and any relevant details in your message. You will receive an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and return instructions from our Customer Service team. All returns must have an approved RMA number to be accepted. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Defective Items:

- If you received a defective item within 30 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service at with your order number and a description of the defect(s). We may request photos showing the defect.

- Defective items will be replaced once the defect is confirmed.


- Our Customer Service Representatives will issue an in-store credit for the product's price, deducting a 20% restocking fee. Warranty/defective returns are exempt from this fee.

- Custom designed items, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

- Some items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
