- You can receive our newest discounts & special offers by signing up for free to receive our emails. Signing up for our emails will also provide you with special giveaways and freebies that will not be available publicly. You can sign up for our newsletter by adding your email address to the footer of our homepage. Simply scroll all the way down from this page.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or updated. Due to the streamlined nature of our processing, orders are sent immediately to shipping and we are usually unable to retrieve individual packages due to the high volume of orders.
- Please note that we will always do everything in our power to get ahold of your order before the carrier takes possession. We are not always successful, but rest assured we will try all available avenues in our power for you. Please send your request immediately after placing your order to us at Diva@LustDiva.com. If a cancellation can be honored, store credit for the cancellation will be issued.

We use plain brown packaging with no identifiable shipping labels of its contents to protect your private information. Shipping labels have your contact information and an unknown return address.
- The delivery worker nor your neighbors will never know what it is. We can ensure that all of your personal data remains 100% secure on our website, and you can rest assured that we also do not store your credit card information on our servers after the purchase.
LustDiva offers free discreet packaging and free shipping on all orders no matter the size or shipping location worldwide.
- In addition, no product catalogs or physical promotional material will ever be mailed to your home. In the future event we decide to offer physical promotional material via mail. We will personally reach out to get your full 100% consent. The only physical promotional material you may receive on occasion would be enclosed within the packaging of your order.

Payments
- LustDiva will never keep your credit card information or credentials on file. Each time you place an order with our company you will need to input your payment information.
- LustDiva accepts all major credit cards, cash, PayPal, ShopPay, Sezzle, and Klarna.
Shipping
- Absolutely! P.O. Box addresses ship through the United States Postal Service. Please note, we cannot ship priority express methods to P.O. Boxes.
- Same day processing if order placed before 1:00pm EST Monday - Friday. Product delivery times on average range within 2-7 days on domestic orders. Please note various holidays, extreme storms, etc… have the potential to delay shipping times at a moments notice. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to establish estimated delays associated with unforeseen events. While also taking immediate action on your behalf for any lost packages by the shipping carrier.
- Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.
- Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.
- Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them before placing your order.
- Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. There may also be a nominal fee assessed for orders that contain more than 5 harmonized codes.
- Also, by law we legally have to include a description of the packaged contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, not-sexually-related descriptions.
- All orders are shipped within 1-2 days business days. We strive for excellence and are proud of our 97% fulfillment rate of same day shipping on orders placed before 1 pm EST.
- Priority express shipping methods placed are GUARANTEED to ship same day if submitted before 1 pm EST. Please contact us to supply calculated rates.
- All orders are shipped 100% discretely using non-descript plain brown boxes. No identifying labels, marks or branding. Anyone looking at your package will not be able to figure out what's inside or who it's from. Only the return address and the recipient are identified on the exterior. The joy of your new purchase is for you and your partner only!
- Tracking details are sent via the email you provided when placing your order. As well as the email provided in your LustDiva account. If you cannot find a copy of your tracking number, please contact us Diva@LustDiva.com
