Defective Items:
If you have received a defective item, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service department at diva@lustdiva.com and provide the item number, order number, and details of the defect in the email body. If possible, include photos displaying the defect. This information is essential for processing your request promptly.
If you prefer a replacement, it will be provided once the defect is confirmed.
Unwanted Items:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued by our Customer Service Representatives.
